About the Journal

Journal of Business Analytics and Management Systems (JBAMS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal published by the Global Research Association for Sustainable Progress (GRASP). JBAMS provides an international platform for the dissemination of high-quality and interdisciplinary research that strengthens business decision-making, organizational performance, and managerial practice through analytics, systems thinking, and evidence-based strategies. The journal supports research and innovations aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by promoting ethical, inclusive, and responsible business solutions across industries and institutions.

Types of Manuscripts Accepted

JBAMS publishes the following article types:

  • Original Research Articles
  • Review Articles (systematic, scoping, and integrative reviews)

Peer Review Process

JBAMS implements a double-blind peer review process. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening for scope alignment, completeness, and ethical compliance, followed by plagiarism screening. Suitable manuscripts are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers. Editorial decisions may include acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection, based on scholarly merit and review recommendations.

Open Access Policy

JBAMS provides immediate open access to all published content. Readers may freely access, download, and share articles without subscription or access charges. JBAMS supports open knowledge dissemination to strengthen research visibility and global scholarly engagement.

Article Processing Charge (APC)

JBAMS applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of USD 150, payable only after acceptance of the manuscript. JBAMS does not charge submission fees. The APC supports editorial processing, peer-review management, copyediting, layout and production, journal hosting, and long-term sustainability of publishing operations. APC waivers or discounts may be granted on a case-by-case basis in justified circumstances, subject to editorial approval.

Copyright and Licensing

Authors retain the copyright of their published work. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0), which permits use, sharing, and adaptation of the work for any purpose, provided proper attribution is given to the authors and the journal.

Publication Ethics and Malpractice Statement

JBAMS is committed to high standards of publication ethics and transparency. The journal does not tolerate plagiarism, falsification, duplicate submission, citation manipulation, or authorship misconduct. All authors, reviewers, and editors are expected to adhere to ethical responsibilities, declare conflicts of interest, and maintain confidentiality throughout the review process. When necessary, JBAMS may issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions in accordance with ethical publishing best practices.

Privacy Statement

Personal information such as names and email addresses entered in the JBAMS website will be used exclusively for editorial and publishing purposes of the journal. JBAMS does not sell or share personal data for non-journal purposes and ensures reasonable confidentiality and security of user information.

Archiving and Digital Preservation

JBAMS is committed to long-term digital preservation and access. The journal maintains secure backups of published content and metadata through platform-level preservation practices. JBAMS may participate in digital archiving services such as the PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN) and other recognized preservation mechanisms, subject to platform configuration and operational availability.
