About the Journal

Journal of Business Analytics and Management Systems (JBAMS) is a peer-reviewed, open-access journal published by the Global Research Association for Sustainable Progress (GRASP). The journal provides an international platform for high-quality and interdisciplinary research that advances business decision-making, organizational performance, and managerial practice through analytics, systems thinking, and evidence-based strategies aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

JBAMS publishes Original Research Articles and Review Articles (systematic, scoping, and integrative reviews) across key business and management fields, including Business and International Management; General Business, Management and Accounting; Industrial Relations; Management Information Systems; Management of Technology and Innovation; Marketing; Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management; Strategy and Management; and Tourism, Leisure and Hospitality Management. The journal welcomes quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-method studies that offer strong theoretical contributions and practical implications for organizations and society.
