JBAMS is owned and published by the Global Research Association for Sustainable Progress (GRASP). The journal is managed through an editorial governance structure designed to ensure transparency, accountability, and independence in editorial decision-making.

 Editorial Governance

JBAMS operates with the following governance roles (as applicable):

·       Editor-in-Chief – provides scholarly leadership and final editorial decisions

·       Handling/Section Editors – manage peer review and editorial assessment within scope areas

·       Editorial Board – supports journal direction, reviewer selection, and quality assurance

·       Managing/Technical Support – provides operational and system support (non-editorial)

 Editorial Independence

JBAMS maintains editorial independence. Editorial decisions are based solely on scholarly merit, methodological quality, relevance to scope, and ethical compliance. Commercial interests, institutional influence, and author fees do not determine acceptance decisions.
