Complaints & Appeals Policy

Authors may submit appeals of editorial decisions and file complaints regarding editorial procedures, peer review conduct, publication ethics, conflicts of interest, or research integrity by contacting the editorial office at ethics@grasp-society.com.

All submissions must include a clear academic justification and supporting details where applicable. Complaints and appeals are reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief or an independent editor when necessary to avoid conflicts of interest. The journal investigates fairly, maintains confidentiality, and communicates outcomes in a timely manner.
